Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Vipps for customers located in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.

I am located outside of Norway, Sweden, or Denmark. How can I make a purchase?
If you are outside of these countries, please contact our customer service team at martine.lossius@gmail.com for alternative payment options and assistance with your order.

Delivery

How long does it take to process and ship print orders?
Please allow 5-10 business days for all print orders to be processed and shipped. We use Posten or Helthjem for shipping and provide tracking information once your order is on its way.

What is the shipping cost for prints within Norway?
Domestic shipping for prints is set at a flat rate of 80 NOK.

How long does it take to process and ship 1/1 paintings?
All paintings will be shipped within 1-3 business days via Posten or Helthjem, with tracking provided.

What is the shipping cost for paintings within Norway?
Domestic shipping for paintings is set at a flat rate of 150 NOK.

How long does delivery take?
You can expect delivery within 1-7 business days, depending on your location. Once the shipment has left our facility, we will send you a tracking link to monitor your order’s status.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping for prints at a flat rate of 150 NOK. For international shipping on paintings or custom orders, please reach out to our customer service team at martine.lossius@gmail.com for further details and pricing.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What are the conditions for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns on customized orders or physical paintings.

How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us at martine.lossius@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

What happens if I send back an item without a return request?
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
